Spring Pins Steel 3.5mm X 24.5mm has a longitudinal slot down the shaft length for flexibility during installation. They are used in light-load applications.

All spring pins have the common characteristic of a pin diameter larger than the hole diameter into which the pin is installed. Spring pins are cylindrical pins rolled from a strip of material, some have rounded ends for easier installation others are rounded at only one end. Slotted Spring pins are also known as roll pins or “C” pins.
These Spring Pins Steel 3.5mm X 24.5mm consist of a single coil of spring steel or stainless steel with an open slot sufficiently wide to enable the pin to reduce in diameter as it is driven into a hole of appropriate size. The ends of the pin have a bevelled chamfer. They are designed for plain drilled holes but a countersink makes assembly easier, especially for the heavy duty type of pin.
