These tubular rivets also know as (Hollow Rivets) have a slight oval head with a diameter of 3/8″ (9.67mm)
The total length from the top of the head to the end of the rivet is 7/16″ ( 11.00mm)
The length from under the head down the shaft is 3/8″ (9.28mm)
The diameter of the shaft is 3/16″ (4.66mm)
The centre of the shaft is totally hollow 2/16″ (3.54mm) hole right upto the head.
Tubular Rivets Information
A “tubular rivet”, also known as a hollow rivet, has shank hole-depth equal to or greater than 112% of the shank diameter. Common rivet head styles are oval, truss, button, flat and countersunk. Among the raw materials used are steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper. Rivet plating and coating options are selected by end user dependent on the application.
