18mm diameter brass wall mount double pipe clamp bracket. Manufactured by BPC Engineering Warwickshire. These beautiful handmade munsen ring type pipe clamping brackets will add that finishing touch to your kitchen living room or bathroom.
Made from solid brass each one is formed using our old 1907 Taylor & Challen hand press, no two are the same, each one is slightly different from the other giving that unique age old look about them. This pipe bracket will secure 18mm outside diameter pipes.
How These Clamps Are Made
Because of the purity of the brass, it has to be heated to a cherry red colour (extremely hot) before forming can take place.
Once this process is completed it can then go on to be formed and allowed to cool. The clamp is then drilled, tapped and shaped by filing. Finally the clamp can go on to be polished and assembled.

This particular clamp will space the two pipes at 38mm centre to centre of the pipes when installed. The distance from the wall to the pipes can be governed with the adjustment screw.
How To Set The Distance Of Your Pipes From The Wall
please note that this type of pipe bracket has a thread through the backing plate. This will allow you to screw the central screw all the way through to the desired length. The excess screw thread can then be cut off using a small hacksaw.
You can set the distance of the pipes from the fixing surface by using this thread and the locking nut.
