Cold Pressed & Non-Welded Product
The use of non-welded pipe clamps are favourable due to their reliability and strength. Welded components can malfunction under certain conditions. NO welding is involved in the manufacturing of any of our products.
The stainless steel pipe clamps we manufacture have been cold pressed, this gives the advantage over hot pressed components, as the metal does not lose its strength when cold pressed. These clamps are extremely strong and with the added bonus of being 316L stainless steel (corrosion resistant) makes these pipe clamps the perfect choice for your installation.

Although we specialise in manufacturing stainless steel aluminium and copper pipe clamps, BPC Engineering offer a subcontract presswork service for small batch production. Small parts press work drilling tapping and assembly. We can work with client press tooling or we can design and build tooling to your specifications to produce the components you require.
