Brass pipe pole wall mounting bracket 18mm diameter solid brass. Manufactured by BPC Engineering Warwickshire. These beautifully handmade pipe clamping brackets will add that finishing touch to your kitchen living room or bathroom.
Made from solid brass each one is formed using our old 1907 Taylor & Challen hand press, no two are the same, each one is slightly different from the other giving that unique age old look about them.
How These Clamps Are Made
Because of the purity of the brass, it has to be heated to a cherry red colour (extremely hot) before forming can take place.
Once this process is completed it can then go on to be formed and allowed to cool. The clamp is then drilled, tapped and shaped by filing. Finally the clamp can go on to be polished and assembled.
Adjustment & Information
How to adjust your wall mount pipe bracket.
This pipe bracket has our standard 30mm long adjustment screws, these will allow you to set the pipes at a distance of 30mm maximum from the wall, you can decrease the distance ( move the pipes closer to the wall ) by using a shorter screws. If you would like the pipes set further away from the wall simply add a longer screw.
If you have an idea on how far you want the pipe set from the wall please add a note when you purchase at the checkout and we will provide the right length adjustment screws with the bracket.
